RTO Annual Declaration of Compliance

One hour webinar by Audit Express, taking a deep dive into submitting the Annual Declaration of Compliance.

Join the team at Audit Express as we unpack the requirements of the Annual Declaration of Compliance for RTOs.

This webinar will unpack and explore the requirements and best-practice approach for taking a risk-based approach to prepare and submit an accurate, detailed, honest and professional Annual Declaration of Compliance for your RTO, regardless of which Vocational Education and Training (VET) regulator your RTO is registered with, whether that be ASQA at a national level, The VRQA in Victoria or TAC in Western Australia.

All RTOs in Australia must prepare and submit an annual declaration of compliance to their VET regulator. This declaration is a central and key feature of the regulatory system that underpins and helps to maintain the quality of VET training in Australia. The annual declaration is a legally binding statement that confirms an RTO has complied with the relevant RTO Registration Standards for all nationally recognised training delivered and awarded over the past 12 months. A compliance declaration confirms:

  • That the records in your RTO are current and accurate
  • That your RTO has systems in place to monitor and meet its regulatory requirements
  • That your RTO can identify and address risks across its full scope of operations

This webinar will cover key strategies for preparing and submitting the annual declaration for your RTO, along with the essential standards, documentation, and best practices for board members, CEOs, and managers, ensuring a seamless compliance journey. Enhance your RTO's adherence to registration and funding requirements.

All participants of this webinar will receive confirmation of professional development with a digital badge.

These webinars are provided as general information and are not endorsed in any way by the three Australian VET Regulators (ASQA, VRQA & TAC). Registered training organisations are advised to undertake their own due diligence and ensure they comply with their specific registration standards and contract requirements at all times.
