This on-demand course provides participants with a full overview and introduction to the Australian National VET System. We cover off on all of the skills and knowledge that VET trainers, assessors, administrators and managers require, but don't learn cover off in formal training programs such as the Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment.

In this on-demand course we go beyond the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification and take a deep dive into the Australian Vocation Education and Training (VET) Sector, which is highly regulated and can be difficult to navigate. This course explores how trainers, assessors and other practitioners that are new to working in the sector can put their learning into practice. We look at the fundamentals of the National VET System, the VET Quality Framework and the possible funding and business models that exist in the Australian VET sector.
